Loft Desarrollos was founded in 2022 by three friends with a shared passion for design, architecture, and the potential each property holds when approached with a clear vision. We believe that, with the right approach, spaces can be transformed and meaningful value can be created in every project.
We enjoy imagining how a space can evolve and turning those ideas into real projects.
Nos especializamos en encontrar viviendas con potencial y replantearlas desde cero: estudiamos cada detalle, analizamos cómo mejorar su distribución y diseñamos rehabilitaciones que permitan aprovechar al máximo el espacio, la luz y la funcionalidad.
En cada proyecto buscamos algo muy concreto: convertir pisos en verdaderas viviendas. Para ello intentamos conservar siempre que es posible los elementos originales —como molduras, suelos o detalles constructivos— que aportan carácter y cuentan la historia de cada propiedad. Creemos que una buena rehabilitación no consiste solo en renovar, sino en respetar la identidad del espacio y darle una nueva vida.
